Day 1 : Theoretical Part

Day 2 and 3: Practical Workshops

• Laboratory preparation for Bacterial or Viral DNA extraction

• Laboratory preparation for PCR techniques

• Implementation of RT-PCR and PCR Endpoint techniques (Participants involved in PCR)

• Interpretation of RT-PCR results (discussions with all participants)
